Artist's Profile:
Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Ruty Benjamini studied in Naples, Italy and the UK. She now lives and works in her studio home in London, England.

Ruty Benjamini produces modern, abstract work in high-fired stoneware and porcelain, sometimes combining the two, as here in "Piazza". The figures are porcelain and the piazza base is unglazed stoneware.

Ruty Benjamini also leads workshops at Nightingale House, a retirement home in London and has contributed to The International Potters' Path. Her work is in public and private collections in Israel, Italy, Poland and the UK
